Africa Digital Growth Research Collaboration

Partner with Us on Groundbreaking African Business Research

Africa Digital Growth is home to one of the most diverse, first-hand datasets on African SMEs across industries like fashion, agriculture, agro-processing, and farming. With interviews and insights gathered from Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Zambia, Malawi, Botswana, and more, we are opening access to select researchers for collaboration.

We’re looking to co-create publications that spotlight Africa’s economic realities, business challenges, and growth opportunities — while contributing to practical solutions for entrepreneurs on the continent.

📊 What We Offer

  • Access to interview-based qualitative data from small to mid-sized businesses across multiple African countries
  • Insights from entrepreneurs on challenges, opportunities, and ecosystem dynamics
  • A chance to co-author research papers or policy briefs with our internal team
  • Promotion and visibility across our African business community and media partners

We invite applications from:

  • Professors or PhD holders in economics, development economics, business, or related social sciences
  • Researchers affiliated with recognized universities or think tanks
  • Individuals with a focus on African economic development or SME ecosystems

Collaborations are by invitation and based on mutual alignment in values and interests.
